Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against WARRICK.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

Terminating Access
